Yea Ive gone to them and they are inputting it today so the valuer will prob go out the the end of this week or start of next week. Do they state on the letter the name and contact details of the person for them to contact to arrange the valuation
 
No, the bank seems to know what to do - I didnt have to say anything about it. Mine is in the underwriters now, as the valuer came back, so Im feelin really nervous now in case they dont approve me for as much as what the bank initially did. Im not able for the stress I swear!
 
Nope, only that I should hopefully hear by the end of the week. I genuinely wont believe it or get too excited about it until it actually goes through.
 
You should ring them and ask how it's progressing they should have a fair idea at this stage.
 
I rang and still no news. Its still with the underwriters so maybe tomorrow Ill have news. This waiting is terrible!

Anybody that has been offered a house can ye tell me the price range so I have an idea for myself. Also what banks did ye find it easier to get approval off?

I would be grateful of any help.

Fraid not Suzy, I dont really know anything about it, just that I think it is automatically applied to you without you having to do anything. I could be all wrong but Id say the bank will know.

I wonder when you get the letter for approval, do you go straight to the 4 places mentioned for approval, or would you use a mortgage broker??

I went individually to each one of them. I phoned them up and they did it on the phone.
 
Surely they know by now I have my application in since yesterday and once the valuation is done they said I should within a day so you should question them.
