Affordable Housing-Process/Plans Cork County

Ok I will hopefully I 'll hear anyway today. You reckon it Thursdays that they make the calls.
 
Well I heard last Thursday, and it was the Thursday before that when my friend heard. So maybe its coincidence, but Id say you'll heard by today alright. Didnt they tell you by the end of the week anyway.
 
The solicitor said she will be waiting on papers from the council, and that it will be roughly a month from that time. But all this starts after you get the official loan offer from the bank, and I was told that could be the end of next week. So all in all, it'll be Christmas before we get the keys Id say.
 
Not a definite price cos she has to wait till she knows exactly what is involved. So Im just gonna have to wait Id say. The bank said it should always be under the 2k. But most places seem to charge in and around the 950 mark, before outlays etc.
 
Ah God, your head must be wrecked. If you havent heard by this afternoon I would def ring as they told you by the end of the week.
 
I rang yesterday and was told that I'd have to wait till they rang me. I 'm so frustrated and I'm getting worried now that I won't get one. I really dunno what's going on.
 
There is no way that your not getting one, you have to get one. Id say at this stage tho you'll be so disappointed if you dont get a semi. But like I said she wouldnt have rang to tell you that your in with a great chance if you werent in with a serious chance.
 
That's what I'm trying to reassure myself with I'm just so upset at this stage.
 
I can only imagine, they really shouldn't keep you hanging on like this. Ill keep my fingers crossed for you that you hear back today.

I still haven't heard so I dunno what to think at this stage. She said she leave me know either way so I'm still trying to be hopeful. The fact that she is waiting on my application to be signed off is a good thing I'm hoping because if I'm not being made an offer why would she be processing my application?
 
I would go with the thought that no news is good news. And I still reckon your gonna be offered one, but the waiting is a killer. It cant go on much longer than this week, you'll have to hear soon
