Was it UB or AIB that took the payment+overpayment?
For me the overpayment was taking as normal but I put it down to fact that my DD was due a few days after the transfer, so the DD request would have already come from UB as normal.
Was it UB or AIB that took the payment+overpayment?3) Contrary to the communication from Ulster Bank and from AIB, they took the debit including my overpayment. Apparently this will change when the new interest rate is applied and I will have to set up my overpayment as a standing order then.

Got the letter yesterday.Did anybody get a letter after the ECB rate drop on 12th Sept? We have no online access to our account and no new account number either. Although we did get our final statement from UB and letters of transfer.
