Parklands, Northwood, Santry

Not sure what else is going into retail park.

Im Block 5 and was told snagging would be in July for that so Block 6 will probably be around the same time.

Why have you been told July for snagging of block 5? I was told snagging will be july for block 4 which is way ahead, or so i thought! I have plann ed for June all along and now all my plans have to put back until July.
I wish we could get some real information and not just been fobed off every time we look for info.
 
I was told July for Block 4 so Id assume you'd still be moving in in June.Block 3 are meant to be moving in in June according to someone on this thread.It doesnt make sense why tell one person one thing and another person antoher.

Whats the story with Block 1 & 2?Are they even in yet?
 
July seems very early last I heard from Amanda she was still talking about Dec for Blocks 5 & 6
Blocks 1 & 2 are only being built now they seemed to left them till last for some reason ?
 
I think block 1 & 2 will be ready late this year, looking at them at the weekend they are still only a shell.

I thought that about 5 & 6 as well but they are flying ahead. Who said they will be snagging in July for 5 & 6?
 
I saw on another thread that Block 1 & 2 were bought by a consortium so that might explain that then.
 
hi, i have been readling this thread for a while now but have not posted yet, so this is my first. I have bought an apartment in block 2 that is supposed to be ready in August! Sue you dont think so then do you? Does block 2 need that much more work than 5 & 6? I have gone up there to odd time for a look and it is hard to notice any progress as the site is behing hoardings.
 
OK, I am in block 5... and Moonbeam you gave me quiet a shock I must say... Snagging in July ! ? ! Who told you that?

The last time I'd spoken to Amanda was when I signed the contract, and the due date was February '07.

Anyway, I rang and I spoke to Amanda about one minute ago, and asked her what the story was with Block 5. She tells me that the apartments should be ready for occupation in 'October/November'. I asked her if that meant snagging in October, and she said yes, as long as snagging goes ahead on schedule without any problems for blocks 3 & 4 .

Amanda seems to be telling me different months all the time.I have spoken to the foreman a month ago and they do plan on it being completed in July/August for Block 5.I can hardly see them dragging the snagging till Oct.We'll definately be in before 2007.

Maybe we should start a pool on when the first resident will have moved into block 5? It would help us kill time, and to leave poor Amanda alone ;)

Nope, your best bet is do what I did and go up during the day if you can (or get someone else if you cant) and ask to speak to the foreman of your Block.Thats what I did.

Well at least something is finally moving! I wonder will i have to wait a bit longer for block 4?

got some info of p elliot that Block 4 will be ready for snagging mid-june and all completion letters have gone out for block 3.
