Health Insurance LAYA taking a lot longer to process day to day medical claims than before?

Well now my claim submitted about 3 or more weeks ago was just processed and as I said initially the only time I ever encountered delays was when they were going to refuse something and sure enough they rejected part of my claim. Lesson to self, get generic receipt from doc!

In June last year I paid €1546.13 for Inspire Plus
If I was to renew on the first of March it would be €1632.94
So I'm presuming in June this policy will cost €1740.71
But it says an average of 6.6% so it could be more
They used to say a good policy was in and around the €1500 mark,
But I'm guessing now that's going to be in and around the €2k mark in the next year or two

I put 7 different general normal claims in at different times over the last 3 weeks. Each claim is being assigned a date to be processed by a month out from when the claim was submitted. These ae generally claims, GP, visits etc. I'm a new Laya customer coming form Irish life and this is not what I'm used to. Not good.

I feel I have to post as Mrs C has just informed me of her latest claim on the 28th of January
Note on her Laya account "to be processed by 3rd march"
Mrs C informed me yesterday afternoon that she got an email from Laya to say that this claim was now settled
So four weeks and two days compared to my last few claims which were in and around the 24 hour mark!!
