And your very colorful and that's a compliment by the way......depending on the day of the week.
My name is Purple and my pronouns are curmudgeon and opinionated.
Muzak is fine, but these *almost* note perfect covers just give me an uncanny valley kind of disturbanceHah, I'm actually fond of a bit of 'muzak' myself, at background volumes.
This. I've never done returns - I don't buy them.how many cans and bottles people have to return.

I wonder if some of them are group returns ie some GAA clubs collect them and do the returns as a way of fundraising? And a lot of people buy water if their domestic supply is not great. The fact that the bottles and cans are not crushed always makes the volume look like more than it is too.This. I've never done returns - I don't buy them.
Yes this is one of the things I had to adjust to, I might have 1 or 2 two litre bottles a week when we go shopping and for the most part,I'm always surprised at how many cans and bottles people have to return.
I've never done returns and I do buy them. I couldn't be bothered with the hassle for a few Euro. I just put them in my green bin like I always did and they get recycled just the same. I'm not sure what the net increase in recycling is but I'd say it's minimal.This. I've never done returns - I don't buy them.
This belongs in the money squandering tips threadI've never done returns and I do buy them. I couldn't be bothered with the hassle for a few Euro.
So I've had to remember that not everybody lives the way I do
I haven't seen recycling stats but the litter surveys show a significant impact on prevalence of bottles and cans.I'm not sure what the net increase in recycling is but I'd say it's minimal.
Invariably, I come back from my daily constitutional with a bag of bottles/cans to the tune of one or two euros, or sometimes even more.This. I've never done returns - I don't buy them.
Cant you give them to some charity?I've never done returns and I do buy them. I couldn't be bothered with the hassle for a few Euro. I just put them in my green bin like I always did and they get recycled just the same. I'm not sure what the net increase in recycling is but I'd say it's minimal.
I put them in my green bin and they are recycled. If I stored them up for a month it would amount to a couple of Euro at most.Cant you give them to some charity?
Or you could just leave them on the roadside outside your house as some passer-by will be more inclined to pick them up and recycle them,I put them in my green bin and they are recycled. If I stored them up for a month it would amount to a couple of Euro at most.
