As a non-anonymous poster, I am always very careful in my replies here to technical questions. If I highlight the wrong text in the course of a reply to someone, there is a possibility that what I type below that quote may be either misconstrued or read as downright misleading.

So, he knew how to reply in the thread but didn't know how to quote a post.

I suppose there could be thousands of users out there who want to post a reply but don't know how to. We will never know.
