Tracker mortgage has not moved over to AIB as yet. Wonder if they have delayed transfer due to the other issue of incorrect payment request on some mortgages. My tracker has also been transferred but it's maturing at the end of next year and only has an outstanding balance of around 8k. I don't think the outstanding balance played any role in the order of transfer. Maybe it's just alphabetical order?
Ulster mortgages are mostly handled out of RBS/Nat West Mortgage centre in Edinburgh.Just received a letter. The last letter advised transfer in H1, this letter pushes the transfer out to H2.
There was a little info about some changes that may apply when we transfer to AIB. I know they recently had a large tranche of redundancies so perhaps the lower headcount is affecting the speed this can happen at.
Well aware of that thanks. The transfer process is being handled in ROI as far as I'm aware which is what I'm referring to.Ulster mortgages are mostly handled out of RBS/Nat West Mortgage centre in Edinburgh.
I think that is where the difference is. I click on https://www.ulsterbank.ie/ and log in there using the login in icon on the right top of the page. This is the login I used to use to check the bank accounts and the had a mini mortgage statement in there. I could not see all the payments. I did see that note when I logged in.Thanks @Sconeandjam , I am not sure that is the case as I am not even getting as far as being able to enter in my login details, I am getting an Out of Service message when I try the URL I have been using. "The system is currently unavailable. Please wait for 5 minutes and try again."
Can I ask what website you are using?
Trying around the UB website I find this on their personal business landing page which explains what I am seeing, they've removed that portal

So did we.We got an introductory letter from AIB/welcome pack. No new account details though or information on how to access account online. Final statement from Ulster Bank. All in the past fortnight.
So did we.
One of the leaflets advised that setting up online access in conjunction with our existing AIB accountscould be done by phoning them. Many automated menus later the advisor told me this could only be done in branch, with photo ID and we would both have to do this, though not necessarily at the same time.
that is despite them already linking our AIB current account with the mortgage as we have been paying it from AIB since we closed our UB account. They had also written tous saying we would not have to pay current account fees as long as mortgage existed si at least that!
Unless you already have an AIB account it online access is currently not available, though they did tell me that it was planned in the future. The account number is the same as your previous Ulster Bank mortgage number. We got an introductory letter from AIB/welcome pack.
