Apologies if this question has been already answered. I searched but couldn't find a similar query. I am hoping to qualify for Class 2 payments but I have worked in the public service since my return from the UK. Will my Class D contributions disqualify me from being eligible?

@Threadser - I entered public service at class b prsi on return from the UK.
I qualified for class 2 so I believe no, you should not be disqualified.

If you applied online it took around 4 to 6 weeks but that means you submitted it online and not by post.
