PTSB App and Site issues

Update. I am now able to login using the app. I had to reset password. That process could be easier also.
What password?
Mine asks for digits from the PAN.
And there's a link in the app for if you've forgotten that.
(Can't post a pic as the app doesn't allow screenshots).
You have to call them to get the PAN reset.

Open 24 requires a password and a PAN. Once logged in though the password maybe auto filled and you could straight to PAN.

My Open24 app on Android only asks for 3 digits from the 6 digit PAN at login time. On a desktop web browser it asks for the Open24 number, password and 3 digits from the PAN.
 
The app is down again.

The minute I hit the age of free banking, I will be dropping PTSB like a hot potato. They seem completely inept and out of their depth in all facets of their activities. If they have spent €400m on IT, they need to look for their money back.
 
I got his today - oh the irony.... I tried to logon to their form to change it back to paper... Guess what happened....

You have been registered for Digital Correspondence. This means from 23 June 2025, you may receive some letters as an email attachment. For your security, any attachments with your personal information will be password protected.

We are gradually introducing Digital Correspondence as an alternative to paper letters. At first this will only be for certain letters, and you will still receive some by post."
 
Tried to log in 3 times with Face ID, all failed. Error message below displayed on one occasion, the other two timed out. Then logged in sucessfully with my “PAN”. Tried Face ID again and it also worked.

IOS is 18.4 and app version is 11.6

Looks like it’s plain and simple unstable.
