You have been registered for Digital Correspondence. This means from 23 June 2025, you may receive some letters as an email attachment. For your security, any attachments with your personal information will be password protected.
We are gradually introducing Digital Correspondence as an alternative to paper letters. At first this will only be for certain letters, and you will still receive some by post."
