This can't be good for the second hand market as it looks like more attention by legislators on the size and weight of cars, car tax used to be based on the size of car engines which disincentivized buying large,vehicles paradoxically this was changed in 2008 by the Green coalition government. This increased dramatically the sale of big heavy SUVs
