Absolutely no problem taking this further, fed up of their nonsense handling of this. Phoned this morning to find out why I was no longer considered part of the review, was told they didn’t know but would query and come back to me before the end of the day. By 4.30 I had not received a call so I rang again. Sorry no update for you, it will probably be 48hrs before we can respond, this is from the same person I spoke to this morning, why not just say that in the first place!
I don't know what the rest of the people on this forum think about meeting up in the coming weeks to but our heads together on this matter. We all believe we have been done wrong and if we all work together we might get a better outcome.
I done so already lightening. All documents have gone to him last weekThe flyer clearly states that All IIB Homeland fixed rates will now roll onto tracker upon expiry and it is my belief that anyone that applied during this period or indeed drew down during this period should be impacted.
I believe you need to consult with Padraic Kissane since he is the one that produced the flyer in the first place and I remember very well that it was called a 'red herring' not too long ago!!
Some AIB accounts were deemed not impacted last year and are now deemed 'impacted' this year, so stay hopeful.
I suggest you get in touch with Padraic Kissane via his office.
@DamC82 , I have no doubt that the date of application will be the reason they provide for exclusion, however they should also be able to provide clarity as to why I was ever considered in scope, if date of application was criteria for being included I should never have been part of the review?
There is a few of us on here that fits the criteria of the 650 private dwellings Nov06 -feb 08 that were deemed not impacted. Surely after listening to kbc tonight we were over looked.
Did she not say if you feel you have a case to contact her directly!.
