Yes, He is charging €200 per cheque,I have also tried to have cheques reissued because i was out of the country when they were issued to me and it has taken me months to get in contact with the Liquidator who now wants to charge me what seems like extortionate fees to reissue my cheques.
We were in the High Court yesterday,Have court proceedings started in this case, ?
Hi buddahmanHi Seaniem,
I'm in the same position and I'm not sure what to do either. I wonder if we will ever get our money!
Were the two letters returned unopened?
Hi all investors,Hi we too have been trying to have a cheque reissued with no response so far from Alan Fitzpatrick
Hi Lar
Is the case purely in relation to inefficiencies in getting cheques reissued? I would reluctantly pay the 200 (600 for 3 cheques) but the replacement cheques were of significantly lower amounts than the originals (combined over 10,000 euro of a difference).
We are assuming this is an error and have written back to the Liquidator for clarification but this thread has me a little more concerned now.
thanks
OK Thanks Marco. Is there a contact details or do you mean through DM or this thread?Seaniem
Give Lar a shout and he will fill you in on the latest developments,,
Hi,Lar
Can you update us on the cheque reissue situation and indeed the overall progress on the high court proceedings. See that a poster has received reissued cheques well below value of original cheques .... at a cost of €200 per cheque ..... wow. I assume if you even managed to get the cheques reissued (at extortionate cost and time) and cash them that this would be tantamount to accepting as settlement the chequec or reissued cheque value?
Thanks
