Many do, but just like plumbers they have overheads so it's not all net income. So €53 for a 10 minute job? This works out at about €300 per hour.
G.P.'s don't earn that much
Who said that? There are people that post on here claiming the people on minimum wage get paid too much!

There is very little work involved in servicing a boiler. The cover is taken off the front, the interior of the boiler (Heat exchanger etc. is given a bit of a dusting and checked visually for leaks or any damage. Thats it!

Not quite a GP will have a queue of people waiting to be done (I used that word with malice) and it takes time for a plumber to get to a customer.

BTW, I can't understand why people will complain about their GP and how much they charge and yet keep going to them. They are just another service provider so if you think you are not getting value for money then move to another one.
Exactly, I'm sure that if the plumber could sit at home and have people bring their plumbing problems to him then he could charge less.
Well done but €55 is still quite high. This is exactly what I did.
I moved to another one but I still think €55 for a 10 minute visit is too much.

Let the cards fall where they may.I'll advise you to be careful you have to remember that most GPs know each other.
Your wife might find out you're sleeping with your doctor.
Maybe I'll try it on with my doctor and see how I get on, he'll probably say, "No", knowing my luck.
Medical or Tarot?
