Same here. However the person sending the email ruined it by saying that I was the only one who had this problem (obviously not). Why did she need to say this.....isolate the person making the complaint and make them feel that they are the odd one out.I got an email back next day from Dunne Stores customer service advising me to bring my receipt and their email to Dunnes for a full refund and was fully refunded today. The oranges are in boxes of about 20 oranges. You cannot go through each orange in each box. The boxes are hit and miss, some weeks they are fine other weeks they are very poor.The simple solution is not to buy any product that is not in good condition.

I used to purchase the two pack fillet steak.
