Same here. However the person sending the email ruined it by saying that I was the only one who had this problem (obviously not). Why did she need to say this.....isolate the person making the complaint and make them feel that they are the odd one out.I got an email back next day from Dunne Stores customer service advising me to bring my receipt and their email to Dunnes for a full refund and was fully refunded today. The only thing is. My original box was ruined, I had to dump it, I had to send an email, I had to call to the store for my refund. All that effort to get what I originally paid for and should have been perfect.
