Compared to last year, I have a bumper crop of tomatoes growing outside on the patio. However, they are not turning red, just brown. I am wondering if I can do anything with the green tomatoes to rescue them before they go brown. The weather forecast is good for this week, so should I just leave them outside and see if they ripen?
There are hundreds of them, at various stages of growth, and it's breaking my heart to see them turn brown instead of red - is this because of the rain or a disease? Any advice appreciated, thanks.
