I think there is "step back" as well which can be combined with the protected NCD.

I'll be giving them a call when they open and if I don't get it for €433, I'll go elsewhere.I went online to get some quotes from Chill. They were offering me Aviva for €100 more than my renewal notice with Aviva. Same details.
This happened to Mrs C many years ago with 123 and when she queried it she was told that when they compile quotes it's in advance of the renewal date so they have to use the rates available on the day of compiling the quote, but as most people only renew closer to renewal those rates might have changedHow is there a €90 difference between the documents they sent me and the fee that comes up when you click on the renewal link?
Sorry for any confusion but I'd have thought it was clear what I meant when I saidAbsolutely select one of them.
Your posts suggest you can avail of more than 1 of the 3 options. Just clarifying that in my experience, that this does not appear to be the case. It would only let me select 1 of the 3 options.

The difference is because of their €90 broker fee.Got my renewal notice from Chill, €505 with Footprint. My current insurer, AIG, is €523.
When I open the renewal documentation that they sent me, the premium AIG is €433!! How is there a €90 difference between the documents they sent me and the fee that comes up when you click on the renewal link?
Of course, despite Chill bombarding me with emails and texts to renew, the only way I can contact them is to phone them.
