Avant cuts mortgage rates

Can anyone find the press release? They don't list all the new rates or T&Cs for the cashback in the news articles.
 
Any press release yet? Haven't seen any.

Our broker advised I can avail of the lower rates but hasn't confirmed what they are just yet.
 
Competition is always great. Nice to see Avant having an influence already.
 
Timely for my partner and I. Fixed is up with PTSB in 2 months and we were about to do the Haven/AIB move off the back of their recent reduction.

Even though Avant is slightly higher rate, I like the option of paying off 10% of the principle each year - plus we'll get an extra €1.5k cash back.
 
Interestingly, with PTSB coming out with their news over the last week or so - they came in at a lower rate (3.5).

But I'm still switching to Avant. €24 euro more per month with them is ok with me because of the 1% cashback (€4.5k) and flexibility to overpay 10% of principle every year.
 
You can overpay with PTSB as well, even on a fixed rate, no limit on how much as well.

Thanks - I was aware of that albeit didnt use the facility to date. I believe they package it slightly differently so that you can bank it for payment break etc. Much the same I would imagine regardless. With the CB, we still come out c.€1k better after costs of switching with Avant.
