Avant Money latest lender to cut mortgage interest rates

Avant Money has become the latest home lender to announce plans to cut its mortgage interest rates, while it also said it will introduce a new incentive to support people who wish to move their mortgage to it.

Our broker advised I can avail of the lower rates but hasn't confirmed what they are just yet.

Avant Money cuts its mortgage rates and launches new switching offer

The company is the latest lender to cut its rates in a sign of increasing competition in the Irish mortgage market.

New rates half way down this page. Seems they’ve simplified LTV to less than or greater than 80% only.

Competition is always great. Nice to see Avant having an influence already.

Timely for my partner and I. Fixed is up with PTSB in 2 months and we were about to do the Haven/AIB move off the back of their recent reduction.

Even though Avant is slightly higher rate, I like the option of paying off 10% of the principle each year - plus we'll get an extra €1.5k cash back.
