Yes the affordable ones do. If you were to buy on the open market it would set you back €15,000.do the apartments come with car parking spaces? I forgot to ask on Wed?
FYI Management fee for Priorsgate is €1450 - Rang Elliots and they said its nothing to do with them so rang Hooke&MacDonald and they said roughly €1450 - basically €120 per month - I would love to know how they come up with those figures!!! will be interesting to see the breakdown.

Have anyone bought from plans? I received a call from Hooke and MacDonald Re City Park, these are now being sold off plans. Could anyone please advise me as to the main points to look out for when buying off plans? Really appreciate any help that can be offered. Thanks.

YellowMan - how do you know all this about PGate? who do I get this info from? I ring PElliots and they tell me they only deal with the construction so speak to Hooke&McD. Ive rang HMcD about 8 times and NOONE has the decency to returned my calls. I paid my booking dep last week and I wasnt even told it was a Sect23 property! its proving very difficult to get answers to the simplest of questions!!
