Calm the jets, I didnt miss any point. Yes you are free to say whatever on here as long as its allowed but I was just making a point that some people are never happy. That is all. So we'll agree to disagree :cool:

My cousin was able to get me plans and measurements for my apartment and there is a wardrobe in both the bedrooms.

Hi Anxious,

I'm not sure if they are built in or not but I think they are. We were delighted with the overall size of our apartment, really big living area. We got apt 11 so if anybody here got apt 10 I can PM the measurements to them as they are identical in size.
 
Just been onto Property Path - apparently they are still waiting for the Valuation Reports to be done on Priorsgate - its taking soo long!!
 
You think that its taking long.... i was offered with kildare last nov contracts arrived in feb and still no further along as their legal eagles arent providing the info that mine are asking for!!!
 
Has everybody sent in the receipt for their deposit.
Apaprently thats what the council are waiting for now

We never sent our one in, we were never told to. I am not even sure if I know where it is now. Will have to go searching for it tonight.

If you read your letter you received in April the 2nd last paragraph said "Should you decide to purchase one of these properties and pay your deposit you must submit to Property Path a copy of your receipt for the deposit paid and the name and address of yuor solicitor"
 
I beleive Kildare Co Co still have a number of properties in Celbridge (2 bed houses and apts) about 3 miles form the new Adamstown link road.......... might be of interest to the unsucessful SDCC people ?

New to this but wondering if anyone is moving to Phibblestown & if so what do ye think of the 3bed duplexes as I have been offered one!!

Anywho setting up a viewing soon, hopefully, should I just grab it with both hands?
 
Hi Z7,

there was a show home on view in May in Phibblestown Wood, general concensus was they are spacious and well fitted. I've accepted a 3 bed terrace house. Not sure if they are going to be on view again, was up there at the weekend and was told that we couldn't access the site until the developer has handed it over to the CO.

I'd check with the COCO on viewing it before you accept.

From what I remember the 3bed duplexes looked lovely, and are 1200sq foot with a balcony. Link to brochure: [broken link removed]

Thats fantastic thanks, I rang CoCo & they had no Idea if there was a viewing any time soon but said they they have 10 duplexes for sale so fingers crossed everything goes OK.

1200sqf, WOW had no idea other than the brochure I don't know what they look like...crazy or what?
 
got the valuation report on the 2 bedroom 2 bathroom arena court apartment on friday. was quite surprised with the current valuation which is 269,551 euros only which is the same amount that i am going to pay for the said property. was i wrong to expect something more than this amount? is this figure good or bad in terms of the clawback?
