Hi,
My sister gave (sold) me her ipod which was originally set up on an Apple Mac operating system. I used to have an ipod and my computer which used used Microsoft Windows. I tried to upload songs from my pc to the ipod but I couldn't because the ipod was set up originally to work on a Apple Mac. To get around this problem I selected the "restore factory settings button" on Itunes in order that the ipod would be wiped clean and so that I could begin again as if the ipod had just been purchased as new. This appeared to work, in that it cleared all of the music that was stored on the Ipod but unfortunately it did not complete the process and as a result I was unable to upload any music to the ipod. The ipod is now "dead", as in nothing happens on it at all.
How can I get the ipod working again???
Is there a shop I can call into in Dublin to get it fixed??
Cheers
K
