Good idea! Now - anybody know where I can get [broken link removed] quickly?
It's not going to be much of a surprise if can read about his present here before he gets it
as a serious suggestion, how about getting a bronze ornament or plaque made for him in the shape of the website logo (assuming there is one) with a personal message on it?
Or if you have access to the information, perhaps a montage of the history of the site including highlights.
Or a watch with a customised face depicting the site logo (dunno how hard this would be to do but I suspect it might be possible).
Or you know those ornaments you can pick up that are a clear block of glass (I think) with a three dimensional representation of (usually) a building inside them? I have no idea where you would start looking for getting one of those personalised but it might be worth investigating.
Or cufflinks with the site logo etched onto them...

Great. I know- let's get everyone to chip in a euro and then buy a big bunch of balloons and fill them with helium and then strap Brendan to the bunch of balloons with a big AAM banner and launch him down the liffey- it fulfills two functions- advertising the site and gives Brendan a thrill. Obviously we'd have to have safety equipment etc.
