Folks,
a quick question - don't know if I have it in the correct forum but if you can help it would be greatly appreciated
if you have a UK registered company, where it suits the owners of that company to register in the UK but have the banking facility with an Irish bank for simplicity of transfers from company to its employees/directors (who all happen to be Irish) - is there any reason why this wouldn't be allowed under UK company legislation? (obivously the Irish bank chosen will be one of the big 2 which will have branches in the UK also but the main bank accounts for the company will be held in an Irish location rather than a UK location)
thks
