Maybe someone can share a similiar experience. We recently got an extension with semi solid flooring. Everything looked fine till recently there are water/stain marks showing up on the wood. Trying to get in touch with builder has been a nightmare....
Has anyone got any ideas on what is causing this? There are no pipes just concrete floor...also the floor is "cupping" in spots.
What I am thinking is that it is the moisture from the concrete, the builder probably did not let concrete fully dry. I would guess he left it 2/3 days before laying the wood
