Has anyone been over to Scotland to Wilsons Auctions. There seem to be good investments (returning 8-10%) on the commercial side. And not very expensive.
Can anyone advise?

Who told you they would have a return of 10%?

If they are cheap and being put through an Auction room then there is a reason for this. I'd stay well clear of these auctions unless you have local knowledge/experience of commercial property and can afford to take a hit if the property fails to bring a decent return.
