Just got an email back from home-center saying the transfer of ownership documents will be sent to me as soon as the common costs(200k huf) are paid..Now, we have had a tenant for over a year and i assumed(in fact practically certain) that he was paying the management company this. I have emailed on this question to the management company, but in the meanwhile, is this correct? The maintenance of the building is paid for by tenant...Will have to search for the maintenace aggreement, but pretty sure this was the case..
