When do tesco post out clubcard money vouchers?

Both my clubcards (one actual clubcard and one tesco credit card) have reset their points to zero in the last week or so. The totals were up to about 1800 points. I've never paid attention to when they post out the coupons before. Is this delay normal?

Mine were also reset to zero. Strangely enough I was in the Merrion Centre and my total points were on my till slip but that afternoon I was in the off licence in Tesco Stillorgan and they had disappeared. I expect the vouchers will be out this week.

A till receipt I got on Sunday has the message "Watch out for your Clubcard Vouchers arriving next week" so I'd say they should be out any day now.

That is usually an indication that the vouchers will be in the post in a week or two.

Got the tokens today. They have also introduced a new offer wherby you can send off your tokens to the U.K. and exchange them for vouchers to the value of 4 times your original token. These vouchers can then be used toward meals, Days out Tokens (Zoo, Ailwee Caves, SeaLife) Hotels etc.
I notice that they ask you to put a 78 cent stamp on your letter to them when posting off your tokens and application form.
Does anyone know why a 55 cent stamp is insufficient? I contacted customer services at www.tesco.ie and they couldn't answer me but rather fobbed me off to a U.K. telephone number.

It now costs 78c to post a letter to the UK!

also got my clubcard vouchers today, might hang on to them for a while and see if any other partners join their 'deals'

It seems that there is no point in contacting customer services of Tesco in Ireland regarding the new deals. They don't seem to be aware of the new offers. Strange.
