Wedding booked Travel agency being really rude

I suggest you write to travel agent in a clear and businesslike way and get those tickets sorted to the correct spellings - their mistake - they must put it right!! A written reply is always worth the paper it's written on.

I can understand your frustration but hold your fire until you have correct tickets in your hand.

A friend of mine recently was on her way to New York for a family holiday. One childs name was incorrectly spelled (different to spelling on passport) and child was not allowed to travel. Whole family turned back at the Airport.

hi clubman

at no stage would i get in to a shouting match i think you have me wrong.Would you be happy if the shoe was on the other foot.My point is how rude the manager was and was most unhelpful.I will be calling up in person and i would never dream of shouting at the manager.I have never come across a service like this.Afer all it is not a lads week end away it is my wedding and i am within my right to be annoyedl.

Sounds like you just caught the manager on a bad day, give him/her the benefit of the doubt and address your concerns via email/fax.
