Hi all,
I'm in the process of putting in a small pond in our garden. I would also like to put in a small water pump but I don't know what is involved in wiring it up. Is it possible to use a low voltage pump which would allow electric cables to run along a wall and thereby avoid having to dig up the lawn to bury them? Also where would be the best place to connect into the mains electricity from the house? The pond would not be more than 5-6 metres fom the house. Is there any safety issues to be aware of etc.?
Thanks in advance for any opinions!
