Was the bord gas electricity paperless and dd discount temporary

I moved to Bord Gas in January 2012 and was getting 13.5% discount for paperless and direct debit.

That continued upto september 2012 but hasnt been on my bill since. I hadnt noticed as we moved house and expected to have to pay abit more betweens delays and readings

Has the discount been ended?

T&Cs cover this, the discount for paperless only lasts 12 months.
