Walled Cemetery to Store Ashes.

I live in Dublin. Is it possible that when I die I can be cremated and my ashes be placed above ground in some sort of "walled" cemetery? Do any of these exist in Ireland?

Yes, I saw them in Mount Jerome a while back. At least I assume they had a container behind the spot where the little plaques were.

Actually a quick google offers them in Killtiernan as well.
