Just got my latest UTV statement. Contained therein:

"[font=Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif][font=MS Sans Serif, MS Serif, Tahoma, Arial]We have now waived the €99 sign-up fee, and charged for the 4th month subscription instead."

So no €99 payable , but fourth month (which was meant to be free) is charged at €29.99 .
