Just wondering do you think retailers up the north will pass on the VAT decrease from Monday the 1st? or will it disappear in the Christmas/credit crunch madness
I'd say they might pass it on to consumers, in the hope that they will splash the cash before and around Christmas time, as its one of the biggest if not the biggest money earning time for retailers.
