I’m self employed in London for last 9 years
I earn 100k - single. No dependants.
I have almost no pension( private 50k- any money I put in gets a 40% bonus effectively)
I own 5 properties - 1 of them is in Uk
Prop 1 Uk- residence - value 650 mort 400k 1750 a month repayment ( I rent a room and this returns 500 monthly)
Irish prop 1 value 300 mortgage 0. Rent 1350( undervalued market rate 2k but rent zone)
Irish prop 2 value 300 mortgage 60k at 5%
irish prop 3 value 275 mort 40k at 0.75% rent 650( i rent a room and spend 1 weekend a month here)
Irish prop 4 value 300k mort 295 k interest only 1% - mortgage payment 300 a month and rental income of 2k a month
im concerned that I am property heavy, no pension and 50 now
I would appreciate any comments but also any suggestions on a financial adviser familar with Uk and Irish situations.
Thanks guys

Marc Westlake has a good understanding of the interactions between Irish and UK taxes on investment issues.
