J JOHN L Guest 18 Oct 2006 #2 Enclose a computation with the form 12 setting out gross rents less expenses claimed. Did you pay UK tax on the rent ? If so advise Irish revenue of amount paid so as to avois double taxation. We have a DTA with the UK
