A Ardiff Registered User Messages 35 18 Nov 2010 #1 Hi there, I'm currently a sole trader and through using google alerts I've spotted someone in the UK using the same name as I currently use. Even if registered with CORE as a registered business name, have I recourse to prevent the UK user from using the same name? Any advice would be extremely welcome. Thanks, A
