I would like to get a professional opinion on the tax treatment of nine UK domiciled investment trusts which I have bought over the past two years. After reading a thread on this forum: How are UK quoted Investment Trusts taxed I am still not sure if I am safe to assume that they are all subject to income tax/CGT, since there is a suggestion that Revenue could argue that some ITs ought to be treated as a funds for tax purposes.
