I have just came back from test driving a UK imported 2006 Toyota celica from a private seller. The car looked and drove perfectly, I was delighted with it and as the guy selling it seemed nice enough I said I would buy it and gave him a deposit and would fix up the balance on Monday when the banks opened (this being a Friday evening).
When I got home I decided to run a cartell check on it and to my utter dismay find out that there are three owners where he said there was only two! But the main problem is that it also showed that there was "category D insurance loss.Vehicle damaged but repairable- insurer decided not to repair"
So what do I do now? Apparently category D loss is damaged but repairable ie not structurally damaged.
HELP!!!!!!!
