Typical time to sort out DC pension and lump sum?

How long did it take you to get your lump sums and ARFs sorted from your DC pensions out once you decided who to go with?

I submitted the ‘Options’ response to the DC administrator at end of November.
Submitted application to ARF provider (Zurich) end of first week in December.
Had my lump sum in bank about a week before Christmas and ARF finalised first week in January.

I had my pension funds consolidated into the one DC fund prior to initiating the above.

I went execution only with @GerardSheehy
The process was smooth and painless.
