you cant serve more than 2 terms i believe? i am worried that the next wave feel he is the model they need to ape to get elected."figuring out why he won" is a problem for the US Democrats, it's nothing to do with us. We obviously need to react to his policies.
We do have right wing grifters here, and fortunately they're not making much headway. We shouldn't be complacent about that, but Trump is a phenomenon mostly based on one man. It's hard even to see who his successor is in the US (assuming he doesn't just try to stay on in 4 years, if he's still alive).
That was true a year ago but certainly not now. His obvious successor is his new VP.Trump is a phenomenon mostly based on one man. It's hard even to see who his successor is in the US (assuming he doesn't just try to stay on in 4 years, if he's still alive).
The Democrats lost. Biden's ego and possibly dementia meant he backtracked on his commitment not to seek a second term and America is not quite ready for a coloured woman president. He has won. Those of us who are anti-Trump, need to figure out why he won.
Or a white woman even, not surprising in a country that has yet to enact the equal rights amendment first proposed in 1923The Democrats lost. Biden's ego and possibly dementia meant he backtracked on his commitment not to seek a second term and America is not quite ready for a coloured woman president.
Or someone who wasn't popular enough to get nominated by her own party when she ran in her own right the first time. The Democrats lost. Biden's ego and possibly dementia meant he backtracked on his commitment not to seek a second term and America is not quite ready for a coloured woman president.
even Trump doesn't seem to like JD, and may regret picking him. I haven't been following it closely but I get the impression that Trump's base have no great enthusiasm for him either. That was true a year ago but certainly not now. His obvious successor is his new VP.
I think that's probably a tad unfair.America is not quite ready for a coloured woman president.

I'd say America just wasn't ready to have someone who had a dreadful track record on pretty much everything, hastily cobbled together policy positions and couldn't be let off the lead to face one on one serious Journalist interviews without fear she'd be shown up as the empty vessel she is/was.
She was frankly, an appalling candidate.
He's correct, both appalling in their own different ways. The Pope of Rome called them equally appalling.
