My sister and I have been left a property by my mother who died recently.
The property has been valved and my sister in intersted in selling me her half as she wants to oinvest elsewhere.
Is there any benefit / advantage (or reduced tax bill) in transferring the full property into my name as part of the probate or should we do it as a seperate process once its in her name ?
