think i filled out jbs yellow slips wrong!!

Ive been filling out the x's and o's yellow slip as my working hours were reduced from 5 to 3 days about a year ago......today I got a form through the post from my social welfare office asking me to fill out my holiday pay entitlements and asking for my employer to fill out the holidays ive taken and been paid for! I DIDNT REALISE, until a colleague said to me i should have been putting a "H" for holiday into the boxes when I was on holidays....i took a week off(3 days) in may but think i just wrote the normal x's and o's for days off and worked on my yellow slip...as i was only paid for the days i should have been working, i didnt get anything extra that week! Should I just ring them and tell them I have already been paid for 3 days hols and have 9 left......I honestly didnt realise, i thought it would be classed as a normal working day but its my holiday entitlement!! Im not gaining anything financially by having done this, i just hope to god im not in trouble and they dont cut my money!!!

God i hope that makes sense lol ive just written down exactly whats in my head!!
 
It would probably be best to go into social welfare office and explain it to them, I think what you have described is a fairly regular occurance these days amongst new claimants who are just not used to the system.
