The Old Forge in Lucan

I passed by the area on the wat to the "Lord Lucan" pub. (Nice plaice by the way).

No you're wrong here, the Lord Lucan Pub is not a nice place. It's not run very well. Generally there's not a great crowd ther. It seems any rif raf that are barred/not welcome in other Lucan pubs gravitate towards the Lord Lucan. Some local residents have complained to the owner (Well known Dublin publican) but to no avail.

In saying that it's about 6 months since I was there.

Whatever. I was was meaning to say is that I went there for lunch with my broker to organise a mortgage. I had plaice for my lunch. It was huge, about the size of a runover cat.
