The boys are back in town

Who actually picks up the tab for Hotels,Flights,taxi's meals,entertainment etc. when the troika are in town.(probably us at the end of the day)but who actually says to the taxi driver or hotelier, there you go that should cover that.

I would imagine they hand in their expenses to their respective organizations, i.e. IMF, EU etc. But then again it wouldn't surprise me if the Irish state was picking up the tab directly.
