hi 2 weeks ago i put me and my sisters house on the market,and have had alot of interest since-about 8 viewings so far and four bids-two strong bids today-rising and rising..... i am delighted with the interest,i think the location (dub 15)is whats selling it because the house needs alot of cosmetic work doing to it -detached lge 3bed second hand house...i was really worried because of the timing but its going well for being on the market 2 weeks!!!!......
