You will appear stupid if you dont ask him what specifically he requires.I have been asked to submit a tender for a job, I dont want to appear stupid by going back to the client and asking him what he specifically requires
If he is hoping that you'll write his tender document for him, he will be very reluctant to put any mention of this request (from him to you) in writing, as he really shouldn't be asking you to do this.I think I'll send him another email asking him to specify what he requires to be inserted in the document. We will then see what the wind blows!!!
