Tax treatment question, left Ireland last year

Hi,

I've tried to find answers on how I should deal with my taxes for 2024 but I haven't found anything relevant to confrm. I left Ireland in Dec 2023 but continued to work for an Irish company until just shy of 6 months of 2024 at which point I transfered to a foreign employer of record for just over 6 months of 2024, there is a double taxation agreement in place. On top of this, I rented out my house in Ireland from mid January 2024 until now.

My understanding is that I submit form 11 to make sure the rental income is recorded and since I'm foreign resident the tax rate on that rent is 20% after expenses and I can likely offset that cost because I overpaid PAYE\USC which was taken cummulatively as if I would work 12 months, so not all allowances were taken into account.

Does the above sound reasonable or should I get an accountant or tax consultant involved?

Thanks,

Did you already see/review this or did it (and any of the more detailed "Further Guidance" documentation) not help?
